Eric Osterling is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facilities management and construction. Currently serving as the MEP Manager at Unger Construction Co. since November 2005, Eric previously held the position of Facilities Manager at Kosan Biosciences, where responsibilities included managing critical systems and overseeing maintenance and construction improvements. Earlier in the career, Eric worked as a Service Representative at LABWORKS EQUIPMENT SERVICE, INC., focusing on the installation and maintenance of laboratory equipment in the biotech industry. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Humboldt State University, completed in December 1999.
