Luca Manara

Luca Manara has a diverse work experience in various industries. From 2007 to 2015, they worked at Politecnico di Milano as a Research Associate. In 2008, they joined Piaggio as a Market Analyst & Production Planning Manager, where they were responsible for gathering, analyzing, reporting and forecasting of business related key data. Luca was also part of the HR talent management and selection of 20 young managers. In addition, they held the roles of Market Analyst and Support - EMEA & Americas and Strategic Project Manager at Piaggio. In 2015, Luca co-founded UNGUESS, where they were the CEO and was responsible for bringing the company from 0 to 1. Luca was also responsible for building the company's first team, generating initial revenue growth, designing financial plans and product portfolio, creating client relationships and driving the fundraising process. In 2021, Luca co-founded WhiteJar - Powered by UNGUESS, where they are currently the CEO & Co-founder.

Luca Manara obtained their Informatics Engineering Robotic/Automation degree from Politecnico di Milano between 2001 and 2007. Luca then went on to receive a Business Administration and Corporate Strategy degree from 24ORE Business School between 2007 and 2008. In 2014, they completed a Master in Entrepreneurship & Startup Development (Startup Program) from MIP Politecnico di Milano in the field of Business Administration, Management and Operations. In 2013, they obtained a Competitive Strategy certification from Coursera and in 2020 they obtained an AppQuality Tester certification from AppQuality.
