Pushpendra Singh Rajput has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Pushpendra Singh started their career as an Agency Manager at TiaraWorld Multitrade Pvt Ltd in 2009 and worked there until 2013. Pushpendra Singh then joined ManpowerGroup India as an Associate- Talent Acquisition, where they were responsible for fulfilling manpower requirements for multiple clients. In 2014, Pushpendra joined PayAsia India as a Senior Executive Human Resources, focusing on staffing and recruitment. Pushpendra Singh also worked as a Human Resources Executive, involved in lead generation, cold calls, and promoting Pay Asia HR services to clients. In 2016, they joined YOMA Business Solutions as an Assistant Manager Recruitment and later moved on to Spectrum Talent Management in 2018 as a Recruitment Manager. Currently, Pushpendra is working at UNH Management Services Private Limited as the Head of Sales and Recruitment. Pushpendra Singh also held the position of National Head Sourcing at the same company.

Pushpendra Singh Rajput earned an Engineer's Degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University between 2005 and 2009. Currently, they are pursuing an Executive MBA and has also studied Mathematics and Computer Science at RKVM Gwalior.
