Khalid Rashid

Khalid Rashid is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent development, currently serving as a Talent Learning and Development Officer at UNHCR since January 2023, where significant global talent development initiatives have been led. Previously, Khalid held various roles at UNDP from 2013 to 2023, culminating in the position of Human Resources Manager/Head of HR, overseeing HR operations across multiple field offices and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
