Martine Israel Whitlock

Martine Israel Whitlock is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement and contracting within international organizations. Currently serving as Chief Procurement and Contracting Officer at UNESCO since January 2025, Martine previously held key roles at UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, including Head of Unit for HQ Procurement and Regional Supply Officer for West Africa. In these positions, Martine managed a diverse portfolio of over 100 global Frame Agreements, collaborated on sustainable projects, and engaged with various stakeholders to enhance supply chain operations.
