Mohamed Noor

Mohamed Noor possesses extensive experience in humanitarian and community relations roles, currently serving as a Government Liaison Officer at UNHCR since September 2017, focusing on promoting AGD sensitive analysis of community risks and capacities. Prior to this position, Mohamed held the role of Protection Associate at INTERSOS, where strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders were vital. Additional experience includes serving as a Health and Nutrition Officer at Relief International and a Clinical Nurse at Médecins Sans Frontières between 2000 and 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Diplomacy and International Relations from Kampala University and a Bachelor of Arts in Gender and Development Studies from Kenyatta University.
