Vivian Ngan

Vivian Ngan is currently serving as Digital Manager for eCommerce at Uni-China Group, a role focused on business development and UI/UX as of September 2024. Prior to this position, Vivian held the title of Assistant eCommerce Manager at Jardine Restaurant Group, where significant achievements included the launch of over 15 impactful online sales campaigns that resulted in a 132% increase in incremental sales. Vivian also led a new app and website launch, enhancing UI/UX and establishing eCommerce strategies. Previous roles included a Corporate Management Trainee position with KFC Taiwan, where traffic channel optimization and online ordering enhancements were key responsibilities, along with an operations role at KFC HK & Macau, and a marketing position at Pizza Hut HK & Macau that successfully exceeded sales targets. Early career experiences include roles in human resources at Link REIT and UNIQLO. Vivian Ngan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
