Swapnali Jadhav has extensive experience in the jewelry industry with a focus on product development, design, and merchandising. Currently serving in a brand product development role at UNI-DESIGN JEWELLERY PRIVATE LIMITED since January 2022, Swapnali previously held jewelry designer and merchandising positions at Gold Star Jewelry and SIDDS JEWELS PRIVATE LIMITED from 2016 to 2021. Additionally, a role as a jewelry designer and R&D developer was undertaken at Hari Krishna Exports Pvt. Ltd. from April 2013 to September 2016. Swapnali holds a degree in Merchandising and Production from the IIGJ Institute, completed at Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University in July 2019.
