Namita A. has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2010 when they were a Summer Intern at Outlook Publishing (India) Pvt. Ltd. In 2011, they took on the role of Asst Manager at BSA Consultants. In 2012, they moved to OEC Record management,mumbai, where they were a Senior Sales Executive. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Allied Pickfords, first as a Client Servicing Coordinator, then as a Senior Client Servicing Coordinator. In 2018, they became a Destination Consultant at Santa Fe Relocation. Finally, in 2021, they joined UNIABROAD as a Student Applications Head I Destination Head- United Kingdom and Germany, Student Applications Head I Team Lead- Student Recruitment - Germany & Singapore, and Student Recruitment Manager-Singapore.

Namita A. obtained their MBA in Marketing and Operations from IBS Mumbai in 2011. Namita received their Bsc in Biotechnology from Vellore Institute of Technology in 2008. Prior to that, they attended St Anthony's Junior college from 1992 to 2005, studying Biology and General. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: Forensic Biotechnology and DNA Fingerprinting from IFS Pune in September 2020, and a White Belt Six Sigma from Benchmark Six Sigma in February 2010.
