Renae Dale is an experienced educational professional currently serving as a SEN Assistant and EHCP Coordinator at the London Borough of Newham since September 2023. Renae has also worked as a Tutor with Leading Education and as an Oxbridge Tutor with UniAdmissions since September 2022 and November 2021, respectively. Renae's background includes a role as a Student Researcher at the Cambridge Centre for Teaching & Learning, where qualitative research was conducted on the awarding gap for Black university students, with findings presented to educational authorities. Renae's early experience includes a psychology work placement at Place2Be in July 2019. Renae holds a Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology and Learning from the University of Cambridge, earned between 2020 and 2023, and completed education at Brampton Manor Academy and Sarah Bonnell School prior to university.
