Mônia Gama Vallim

Mônia Gama Vallim is a seasoned legal professional specializing in labor law, currently serving as a Senior Labor Lawyer at Uniandrade since September 2016 and as a founding partner of Gama Vallim Advocacia since August 2014, where Mônia manages a specialized labor law practice. With experience that includes serving as the Coordinator of the Paraná branch at Celio Neto Advogados and as a Labor Lawyer at Becker, Pizzatto e Advogados Associados, Mônia has demonstrated expertise in both preventive and contentious legal matters, including corporate consulting, labor audit implementations, and the establishment of internal procedures to minimize risks for clients. Mônia also contributed to political legal efforts during the 2010 campaign for state deputy Nilso Rodrigues.
