Sandeep Sharma

Sandeep Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning over 11 years. Sandeep started their career as a Territory Sales Executive at General Mills in 2010 and worked there for two years. In 2012, they joined Red Bull as a Distribution Partner Manager and stayed with the company for two years. In 2014, Sandeep joined NIVEA INDIA as an Area Manager and worked there for four years. From 2018 onwards, they have been associated with Unibic Foods India Pvt Ltd, initially as a National Key Account Manager, then as the Head of Modern Trade & E-Commerce, followed by the role of Deputy General Manager in Modern Trade and E-Commerce. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Vice President in Modern Trade.

Sandeep Sharma pursued their education chronologically as follows. In 2005, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) from Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak. Later, from 2008 to 2010, they enrolled at the International School of Business & Media and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Retail Management. Finally, in 2022 and 2023, Sandeep attended the Indian School of Business and completed the Emerging Leadership Program, focusing on Organizational Leadership.
