Henrik Busch-Larsen

Henrik Busch-Larsen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the biotechnology and defense sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Algiecel since December 2021, Henrik is also a Board Member of the Alliance for Biosolutions and Nordic Microbes, and holds board positions at UniBio A/S and Ossiform. Prior roles include Sales & Marketing Director at UniProtein, Business Development Director at a2i systems A/S, and Sales Manager at BulgarienEJENDOMME. Henrik's military background includes leadership roles in the Danish Army, culminating as a First Lieutenant of the Reserve. Academically, Henrik holds a Master of Science in International Business and has completed a Business Administration certificate from the University of Southern Denmark, along with executive education at Harvard Business School.
