Dan Koah

Dan Koah is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in continuous improvement and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Unibloc Hygienic Technologies since March 2025, Dan previously held the position of Director of Continuous Improvement/Operations at Golden State Foods from 2021 to 2025. Dan's extensive experience includes a role as Regional Operations Manager at Reddy Ice from 2014 to 2021, overseeing P&L responsibilities for multi-site regional manufacturing and distribution operations. Prior to that, Dan worked at Unilever from 2008 to 2014 in various capacities, including Continuous Improvement Manager and Production and Maintenance Manager. Dan’s career began in the United States Marine Corps, where Dan served as a Platoon Sergeant from 2002 to 2008. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain and Information Systems from Penn State University.
