Simon Couture-Payer Ing.

Simon Couture-Payer is an experienced project manager with a background in civil engineering and a strong track record in project development and management. Currently serving as Project Manager for Uniboard since January 2022, Simon is overseeing a $250 million modernization and expansion project at the Val-d'Or plant, with construction set to begin in summer 2022. Prior roles include Project Manager at Isofor, Principal Specialist in Strategic Project Development and Engineer II Project Manager at ArcelorMittal, as well as positions at Préven-Tech, NadeauSC inc., and Rio Tinto. Simon holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi and a Science degree from Cegep Chicoutimi.
