Emily Bassett has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Emily began their career at Vue Entertainment as a Customer Assistant, where they provided excellent customer service and handled requests and issues. Emily then moved on to THORPE PARK Resort as a Retail Host, where they gained experience in merchandising, customer communication, and cash handling. Emily also worked as a Sustainability Intern at JRL Group Ltd, where they had the opportunity to assist with various sustainability projects within the construction industry. Emily further expanded their skill set by working as a Marketing Ambassador at THE SCHOOL OF AGRICULTURE, POLICY AND DEVELOPMENT (SAPD) at the University of Reading. Currently, Emily is a Tutor at MyTutor.co.uk, where they educate students in Mathematics, English, and Geography and helps them prepare for exams while tracking their progress. In the future, they will be joining Unibuddy as a Content Creator.

From 2018 to 2020, they studied at Strode's and Windsor Sixth Form Colleges, where they obtained their A-Levels.

In addition to their formal education, they also obtained several certifications. In 2023, they completed the "Excel Essential Training (Microsoft 365)" course through LinkedIn. In 2022, they completed the "From Waste to Value: How to tackle food waste." course through FutureLearn. Emily also achieved the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award in January 2022, awarded by The Duke of Edinburgh's Award organization.
