Ioannis Karamanlakis

Ioannis Karamanlakis has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ioannis has worked as a Co-Founder at a Stealth Startup since February 2023. Prior to that, they were an Advisor at Unibuddy starting in November 2022. Ioannis also served as an Advisor at Ergeon from June 2021.

Earlier in their career, Ioannis worked as a Lead Engineer (1st hire) at a Stealth Startup from January 2022 to August 2022. Ioannis held the position of Head of Data Science at Unibuddy from October 2017 to May 2021. Additionally, they gained experience as a Machine Learning R&D Intern at Evolution AI in June 2017.

Before that, Ioannis worked as a Machine Learning Intern at Upwork in 2016 and 2015. Ioannis started their career as a Data Analytics Intern at MCOM Media Communications in June 2013.

Ioannis Karamanlakis completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at The University of Edinburgh from 2012 to 2016. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computational Statistics and Machine Learning at UCL from 2016 to 2017.
