Catrina Logan Boisson has over 30 years of work experience in various marketing and customer experience roles.

Catrina started their career at Ziff Marketing in 1986 as an Account Supervisor and worked there until 1990.

From 1990 to 1994, they were the Director of Marketing at the Brooklyn Academy of Music, where they led the marketing efforts and managed an in-house agency responsible for advertising.

In 1994, they joined Festival Marketing as a Senior Manager, working on the American Express Gold Card Events Account. Catrina stayed in this role until 1995.

From 1995 to 1998, Catrina was the Director of Marketing at the New York City Opera, overseeing ticket sales and retail operations.

In 1998, they became the VP of Marketing at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, where they provided strategic direction for the organization's sales and marketing efforts. Catrina led a loyalty initiative that improved customer retention and achieved a Net Promoter Score of 81.

In 2011, they joined Xerox as the Director of Customer Communication Services for CMS, a role they held until 2014.

From 2014 to 2019, Catrina worked at IBM as a Global Marketing and Customer Experience Strategist for Watson Customer Engagement.

Most recently, since 2019, they have been working as a Marketing and CX Specialist at Unica.

Catrina Logan Boisson obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA), Summa Cum Laude, with a major in Marketing from Georgetown University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications such as IBM Recognized Speaker/Presenter in May 2019, IBM Agile Explorer in April 2019, and Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner in March 2017, all from IBM.
