Ole Mjåtvedt

Ole Mjåtvedt has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Ole has held positions such as COO & CFO at Unicare Holding, where they were responsible for financial and operational restructuring, refinancing loans, and implementing a group consolidation system. Ole also served as the CEO (Interim) of Colosseum Dental Scandinavia, where they focused on digitalization, supplier consolidation, and organic growth. Prior to that, they founded and led ANNA Technologies GmbH, a healthcare technology company specializing in AI software for prostate ultrasound image analysis. Ole also co-founded Colosseum Mann, a private hospital operating center, and served as CEO. Earlier in their career, they worked as an IT Director and ERP Project Manager at the Norwegian National Rail Administration, where they improved service levels and implemented a new ERP platform. Ole was also the CEO of Colosseum Dental Group, overseeing extensive M&A activities and expansion throughout Scandinavia. Additionally, they held senior finance positions at NetCom ASA, Ementor Group, Ementor Norway AS, and Agresso Group ASA, where they focused on financial strategy, control, and divestments.

Ole Mjåtvedt pursued postgraduate studies in International Economic Relations, specifically focusing on the 'Lizentitat der Internationalen Wirtschaftsbeziehungen' at the University of Mannheim. Ole then completed a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration (Siviløkonom) at The Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH). Additionally, they studied Finance and Bank Management at the University of Mannheim. Prior to these degrees, Ole obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Economics at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). Finally, they completed an Examen Philosophicum in Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Bergen (UiB).
