Currently serving as a Focused Educator for Sleep Support Surfaces at Unicare Health since November 2022, Ilissa has previously held significant roles such as Clinical Services Manager and Occupational Therapist at Juniper Aged Care, where leadership was provided to nursing and allied health teams. With nearly a decade at MSWA as Manager of Occupational Therapy, Ilissa specialized in neurological conditions while also supporting a team of therapists through coaching and mentorship. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Curtin University.
