Franca Vinci

Franca Vinci is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training and education within the United Nations system. Since June 2017, Franca has served as the Head of the Learning Services Portfolio Unit at the United Nations International Computing Centre, where responsibilities include conducting needs analyses, establishing training programs, and managing event logistics. Prior to this role, Franca held various positions at the United Nations International Computing Centre and the United Nations Logistics Base, focusing on technical training coordination and administrative support. With a Master’s degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from Università degli Studi di Bari, Franca also brings valuable teaching experience from a previous role as an English language teacher.
