Simon Fedrigo

Simon Fedrigo has extensive experience in the fundraising and nonprofit sector. Simon started their career as a Supervisor and Trainer at DialogoDiretto srl in 2005 and worked in various roles, including Human Resources Officer, until 2008. In 2009, they joined UNICEF Italia as a Regular Giving Specialist, where they focused on acquiring regular donors through different channels such as Face to Face acquisition, DRTV, and Telemarketing. Simon then progressed to become the Head of Acquisition, responsible for acquiring new regular and one-off donors, legacies, and 5xmille. Most recently, in December 2020, they took on the role of Head of Individual Giving at UNICEF Italia, overseeing individual giving strategies.

Simon Fedrigo obtained a Master's degree in Fundraising and Social Responsibility from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, completing their studies between 2006 and 2007. Additionally, they pursued Communication and Media Studies at the same university, although specific dates and degree attainment are not provided.
