Aimee Darke has a diverse work experience in the non-profit sector. Aimee began their career as an Easter Intern at Childreach International in 2014, followed by an internship as a Fundraising and Events Intern at The Children's Society later that year. In 2016, Aimee joined Charityworks, a twelve-month graduate development scheme, where they gained experience in various areas of the non-profit sector.

After completing Charityworks, they worked as a Fundraising Officer at Family Action from September 2016 to December 2017, where they managed the annual Christmas Toy Appeal and secured significant financial and in-kind donations. Aimee then transitioned to the role of Corporate and Events Fundraiser at Family Action from January 2018 to October 2019, supporting children and families facing hardship nationwide.

In November 2019, Aimee joined the Stroke Association as a Corporate Partnerships Manager, where they worked until September 2021. Aimee managed corporate partnerships and played a vital role in fostering relationships to support the organization's mission.

Currently, Aimee is employed as a Corporate Partnerships Manager at UNICEF UK, starting in September 2021. This role allows their to continue their work in building partnerships with organizations to make a positive impact on children's lives.
