Alan Lam has a diverse background in digital marketing and has worked in various roles over the years. Alan currently holds the position of Senior Marketing Manager at UNICEF UK since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Digital Marketing Strategist for the same organization from January 2020 to August 2021. Before joining UNICEF UK, Alan had experience working at Farrow & Ball as a CRM Executive from February 2018 to January 2020, and as an Email Campaign Manager from February 2017 to January 2018. Alan also worked at Thinking Juice as a Search Engine Optimization Specialist from May 2015 to February 2017, at WeClick Media as a Digital Marketing Executive from March 2014 to May 2015, and at Mytime Active as a Senior Marketing Assistant from August 2011 to July 2012.
Alan Lam completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sports Management from Bournemouth University, which they attended from 2009 to 2013. In 2014, they pursued further education at Squared Online, where they earned a QCF Level 7 qualification in Digital Marketing.
In addition to their formal education, Alan has obtained several certifications. Alan received their Search Advertising certification from Google in September 2016, along with Adwords Fundamentals and Google Analytics Individual Qualification in June 2016. Prior to their digital marketing focus, Alan obtained a CertTESOL certification from Trinity College London in December 2013, which validates their skills in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. Furthermore, they possess an Emergency First Aid at Work certification acquired from Nuco Training in December 2011.
