Bhim B K serves as the Executive Director at the Immigration Outreach Service Center, overseeing daily operations and strategic direction. With extensive experience in organizational leadership, Bhim leads the Department of Organizational Development at the Baltimore Association of Nepalese in America, fostering relationships across various sectors for community development and public health initiatives. As a Maryland State Leader for UNICEF USA, Bhim has successfully engaged with congressional offices to secure funding and advocate for policy changes. Previous roles include CEO positions at PDRC International and Childbirth Survival International, where Bhim directed programs to improve health services for vulnerable populations. With a strong background in education and health advocacy, Bhim has significantly contributed to initiatives addressing COVID-19 vaccinations and blood donation drives. Bhim holds a Master of Education in Health Education and an Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering.
