Eleanor Son has extensive experience in professional learning and leadership development, currently serving as the Deputy Director at UNICEF USA since January 2019, where previous roles included Assistant Director, Manager, and Senior Associate in the same department. Prior experience includes working as an Education Consultant and Senior Education Intern at ChildFund International, as well as various roles at the NYC Department of Education from 2013 to 2017, including Ambassador of Professional Learning, Classroom Teacher, and Lead Instructional Designer. Eleanor holds a Master’s degree in International Education Development from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Childhood and Special Education from New York University.
