Megan Tedeschi

Megan Tedeschi currently serves as the Managing Director of Prospect Development at UNICEF USA, leading initiatives in moves management, pipeline development, and data-informed fundraising since March 2020. Prior to this role, Megan held positions as Director and Deputy Director of Prospect Intelligence, where key responsibilities included guiding prospect identification, developing strategic plans, and managing team members. Previously, Megan worked at The George Washington University as a Senior Prospect Analyst, focusing on corporate and foundation constituents, and held the role of Assistant Director of Prospect Research at Johnson & Wales University. Megan's earlier career includes a Development Officer position at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, and a coordinator role at the MIT List Visual Arts Center. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Boston University, earned in 2009.
