Charles Otine is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation and knowledge management, currently serving as an Innovation Manager at UNICEF since August 2017. Prior to this role, Charles held various positions at the United Nations Population Fund from January 2010 to August 2017, including Innovations and Knowledge Management Analyst and Technical Specialist - Innovation. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Web Applications and Networks at RBM/eAfrica from January 2006 to April 2008 and as a Lecturer at Makerere University from January 2004 to April 2008. Charles holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Information Technology and a Licentiate degree in Data Modeling/Warehousing from Blekinge Institute of Technology, as well as a Master of Science in Computer Science from Makerere University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Dar es Salaam.
