Lindsey

Julianna Lindsey is the Deputy Regional Director at UNICEF Regional Office for South Asia, bringing over 20 years of experience in child rights, women's empowerment, and social policy across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and Afghanistan. Previously, they served as Chief of Advocacy, Communications, Monitoring, and Analysis at UNICEF, where they led a team focused on social protection and policy advocacy. Lindsey has also held roles such as Deputy Representative in South Africa and Vice President of Programs at Women for Women International, leading efforts to empower women and improve child welfare. They hold a Master's in International Public Policy from The Johns Hopkins University and a Master's in German and European Studies from Georgetown University.
