Ling Lee

Ling Lee is a Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Specialist at UNICEF Malaysia, focusing on the development of monitoring and evaluation frameworks and the implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. Previously, they served in various roles including Monitoring & Evaluation Analyst at UNDP Malaysia, where they led the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning function and managed risk assessments. Ling’s experience also includes working with the Marine Research Foundation as a Research Assistant and conducting independent consultations with TRAFFIC Southeast Asia. They hold multiple degrees in Marine Sciences, including a Master’s from the University of Tasmania and an Erasmus Mundus International Master from the University of Ghent.
