Tayllor Spadafora

Tayllor Spadafora possesses extensive experience in social policy and international development, particularly in social protection programs across various African nations. At UNICEF Malawi, Tayllor served as a Social Policy Officer, advocating for the National Social Protection Policy and a pilot cash transfer program. In subsequent roles, Tayllor provided technical leadership and support to multiple UNICEF Country Offices in Eastern and Southern Africa, focusing on child-sensitive social protection initiatives and program evaluations. Contributions also include serving as an International Development Specialist and Chief Social Policy for UNICEF Zambia.
