Tim Baker

Tim Baker is an Associate Professor and Critical Care Physician with expertise in anesthesiology, currently holding positions at Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences in Tanzania, Queen Mary University of London, and Karolinska Institutet in Sweden. With 20 years of experience in global critical care research and collaboration with organizations such as WHO, UNICEF, and the World Bank, Tim is dedicated to enhancing health systems and ensuring effective care for critically ill patients. Currently, Tim serves as an Emergency and Oxygen Consultant with UNICEF and co-founded the Essential Emergency and Critical Care Network.
