Umar Abdullahi

Umar Abdullahi is currently a NEF-Toxicology Fellow at the Africa Education Initiative, where they focus on enhancing their understanding of toxicology and drug development. They serve as an Immunization Independent Monitor for UNICEF and as a Vaccine Accountability Officer for the World Health Organization. Umar has also held the position of Clinician at the Nigerian Defence Academy. They earned a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine with Distinction from the University of Maiduguri and have completed various certifications, including a Toxicology internship and a Certificate in Neuropathology in Ruminants.
