Dana Silvrants

Dana Silvrants began their work experience in 2010 as a Store Manager at Subway. Dana managed a team of up to 15 people, coordinated schedules, and attended management meetings annually. In 2017, they transitioned to Starbucks and worked as a Shift Supervisor, providing guidance to 2-7 employees per shift, maintaining target outputs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In 2018, Dana joined Unicep as a Program Coordinator, where they supported Associate Program Managers and Program Managers by providing project updates, processing purchase orders, and communicating customer demand. In 2020, they were promoted to Associate Program Manager, taking on additional responsibilities such as serving as a primary point of contact for customers, developing customer quotations, and resolving any issues. Most recently, in 2022, Dana was promoted to Program Manager at Unicep.

Dana Silvrants attended the Community Colleges of Spokane from 2010 to 2012 and obtained an Associate of Arts degree.
