Lena Dickermann

Lena Dickermann has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Lena started their career as an intern at Kärntner Tageszeitung in 2000. Lena then gained experience as an intern at The World of NGOs in 2003 and Pleon Kohtes Klewes in 2005. In 2006, they worked as a scientific assistant and intern at FrauenMediaTurm.

Lena joined UNICEPTA in 2008 as a trainee and later moved on to roles such as Editorial Department/Linguistic Services and Team Manager Editorial Department, where they managed a team of about 50 specialist editors. In 2021, they became a Senior Operations Project Manager/Associate Director, responsible for interdepartmental cooperation and customer pitches. Lena continued to advance within the company, holding positions such as Senior Operations Project Manager/Director and Head of Curation & Refinement/Director.

Lena Dickermann's education history includes a variety of degrees and certifications. Lena obtained a Magistra phil. degree in Publizistik und Kommunikationswissenschaft, Theaterwissenschaft from the University of Vienna, studying from 1997 to 2002. Following this, they pursued a M.A. in European Studies at Leibniz Universität Hannover from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, Lena completed a weiterbildendes Studium VINGS - Qualifizierung Gleichstellung at FernUniversität in Hagen from 2005 to 2007.

In terms of certifications, Lena acquired a certificate in Well-being in the Workplace from LinkedIn in February 2021. Lena also completed courses in Körpersprache für Führungskräfte and Leistungsträger führen on LinkedIn in June 2020.
