Marjo Ballabani

Marjo Ballabani is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently at UNICEPTA since July 2020, Marjo previously worked at Ritech Group of Companies and Gutenberg Technology in similar roles, contributing to core teams and leading projects focused on feature implementation, optimization, and team coordination. Marjo's early career included a position as a Software Developer Consultant, where responsibilities involved technical leadership and client communication. Marjo holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Tirana, obtained between 2013 and 2016.
