Claudia Liu has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Claudia started their career in 2001 as a Journalist & Producer for CGTN, where they worked until 2003. In 2005, they joined the University of Sydney as a Researcher for a government-funded research project on multiculturalism in Australia. Claudia then transitioned to the role of International Relations and Media Manager, where they worked until 2009. From 2009 to 2011, Claudia served as the Marketing and Fundraising Manager for The George Institute for Global Health. Following that, they joined Landis+Gyr (Toshiba) as the Communications Manager, APAC, and later became the Head of Marketing Communications, APAC. Since 2015, Claudia has been working at Unichi as the Chief Strategist, Global Market, and is currently the Chief Executive Officer.
Claudia Liu completed their Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the Communication University of China from 1997 to 2001. Claudia then pursued a Master's degree in Media and Communications from the University of Sydney, which they completed from 2004 to 2005. In 2013, Claudia attended the Melbourne Business School, where they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Leadership Development. Additionally, they hold certifications as a PRINCE2 accredited Practitioner on Project Management and as a NAATI accredited Professional Translator.
