Caroline Massonneau

Caroline MASSONNEAU has extensive experience in urban renewal and related projects, currently serving as Directrice Renouvellement Urbain at Unicil - Groupe Action Logement since October 2019, after previously holding the position of Responsable Renouvellement Urbain. Prior roles include Chef de service renouvellement urbain and Chef de projet Renouvellement Urbain at Métropole Toulon Provence Méditerranée from June 2016 to August 2019, as well as Chargée de mission Rénovation Urbaine at Ville de Toulon from January 2009 to May 2016. Caroline began the professional career as Chargée de mission Vie des Quartiers at Ville de Fosses from May 2007 to November 2008. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Économie de développement et développement international from SOAS University of London and a degree from Sciences Po Grenoble.
