Christophe Gasperi

Christophe Gasperi is an experienced professional in the real estate and development sector, currently serving as Responsable du développement immobilier at Unicil - Groupe Action Logement since January 2019, where responsibilities include land acquisition and the production of social and affordable housing. Previously, Christophe held leadership roles at Action Logement and Groupement Les Mousquetaires, focusing on housing production and retail expansion respectively. A solid foundation in real estate was established through roles at IMMO Mousquetaires and ORPI, along with early professional experience as a rugby player, achieving several international selections. Christophe holds a Master’s degree in Urbanisme from KEDGE Business School and has additional qualifications in management and business studies.
