Cesar Montes de Oca

Cesar Montes de Oca has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Cesar started as an intern at Dokken Engineering in 2005 and then moved on to work as a Project Engineer at Carlton Engineering Inc. from 2006 to 2010. Cesar then joined the City of Citrus Heights as an Associate Civil Engineer from 2010 to 2013. Finally, they became the President of UNICO Engineering, Inc. in 2013, where they currently hold the position.

Cesar Montes de Oca attended California State University-Sacramento from 2004 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
