Jay Lechner's work experience begins in 2008 at Wells Fargo, where they started as a Program Associate (Internship) and then progressed through various roles including Teller, Personal Banker, Service Manager, Store Manager, Premier Banker, and finally as a Private Banker until February 2019. In February 2019, they joined UNICO Group as a Benefits Advisor and was later promoted to Vice President in October 2022.
