Randy Smejdir, CPCU, serves as the Trucking Industry Insurance Leader at UNICO Group since July 2021. Prior to this role, Randy held various positions in the insurance sector, including Transportation with Lincoln Public Schools from August 2018 to July 2021 and Senior Motor Carrier Underwriter at Continental Western Group from 1983 to March 2018, where responsibilities included underwriting and agency management across multiple states. Additional experience includes roles as a Commercial Auto Underwriter and Personal Lines Underwriter at Continental Western Group, as well as the Underwriter position at Allied Insurance. Randy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
