Caio Borges Leal

Caio Borges Leal has extensive experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and software development, currently serving as an SRE - Development Specialist II at unico IDtech since October 2022, focusing on system reliability and performance optimization. Previously, Caio held roles such as Lead Software Engineer SRE at Nubank, where responsibilities included implementing observability platforms, and Techlead/SRE Specialist at Itaú Unibanco, focusing on the development of robust platforms for microservices. With a background in both architecture and DevOps, Caio has developed comprehensive monitoring solutions and consulted on process improvements in various organizations, beginning with a solid foundation in Java development. Caio holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
