Daniella Intelizano

Daniella Intelizano is a seasoned professional in customer experience and operations management, currently serving as a Gestora de BPO e Especialista de Operações and Team Leader at unico IDtech since November 2020. In this role, Daniella oversees team management, provides support during customer interactions, and focuses on goal metrics while implementing motivational campaigns and feedback mechanisms.
