Rafaela Provensi

Rafaela Provensi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and customer experience. Currently serving as Senior Director of Operations & People at unico IDtech since October 2021, Rafaela previously held the position of Director of Customer Experience at Rappi from July 2019 to September 2021. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Customer Operations and Manager of Continuous Improvement at Mercado Livre, where Rafaela contributed from December 2012 to July 2019. Rafaela's career began at MercadoLivre.com, where several supervisory and managerial roles were held from January 2004 to December 2012. Rafaela also gained early experience as an intern in a journalism research unit at Universidade Metodista de São Paulo. Academically, Rafaela earned an MBA in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and has pursued various professional development programs in customer service and management.
