Holly Hayes

Holly Hayes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales compensation and commission analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Commissions Analyst at UNICOM Government Inc. since May 2005, Holly has excelled in calculating commissions, developing and implementing sales compensation programs, and collaborating with IT to meet system requirements. Prior to this role, Holly was the Manager of Commissions and Order Assurance at Cable & Wireless Communications from January 1985 to February 2004, where responsibilities included overseeing compensation program implementation, coordinating data for commission payments, and managing a team to ensure accurate payroll. Holly holds an education from Northern Virginia Community College.
