Abhinav Gupta

Abhinav Gupta has a diverse work experience in multiple industries and roles. Abhinav is currently working as the Principal Product Manager at Unicommerce since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Sahapedia.org from 2019 to 2021, where they led the growth and product development of the organization. Abhinav played a key role in building a platform to improve the museum ecosystem in India.

Before that, Abhinav co-founded Jhini Labs in 2016, where they specialized in building spatial and map-based technologies and e-commerce solutions for social enterprises. Abhinav developed various solutions to assist agri-scientists and seed banks, improving crop planting processes and increasing success rates. Additionally, they designed a GIS solution for forest rights claims and built a map-based portal for collecting data on film clubs in India. Abhinav also developed multiple web and e-commerce products for businesses during their tenure at Jhini Labs.

Abhinav also has experience at Malkha as the Head of Technology & Operations from 2013 to 2016. Here, they led the development of an e-commerce solution and grew the online business significantly. Abhinav also managed operations and governance for the omni-channel business model.

Abhinav'searlier experience includes working as a Product Manager at Microsoft, where they played a key role in the development and launch of Azure Cache services. Abhinav also worked at Adobe Systems as a Member of Technical Staff and as an intern.

Abhinav Gupta completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad from 2010-2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology from 2003-2007. Abhinav's earlier education was at Delhi Public School - R.K. Puram from 1990-2003, but the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
