Micha Lenk

Micha Lenk has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Currently, they serve as a Teamlead Software Engineering at Unicon GmbH since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Sophos from 2017 to 2020, where they held the positions of Software Engineering Manager from July 2018 to September 2020, and Senior Software Engineer from October 2017 to June 2018. Before Sophos, Micha worked as a Software Engineer at Riverbed Technology from July 2016 to September 2017. Micha also served as a Senior Software Engineer at United Security Providers AG from November 2014 to June 2016 and as a Software Engineer at Sophos from March 2010 to October 2014. Additionally, Micha has entrepreneurial experience as the CEO of Internet-Dienstleistungen Micha Lenk from January 2003 to August 2010. Micha also worked as a Linux-Administrator at the University of Karlsruhe from November 2004 to March 2008.

Micha Lenk attended the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 1998 to 2010, where they acquired a Diplom Informatiker degree in Informatik. In October 2019, they obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn.
