Davina Houchins

Davina joined UNICON International Inc. in 2012 as a Technical Recruiter and has rapidly advanced her career with the company over the years. She was promoted to the position of Senior Level Recruiter shortly joining UNICON based upon her performance. She was then further promoted to become a Sourcing Manager and an Associate Director of Sourcing in 2018. Davina possesses extensive experience with regional and nationwide full life cycle recruiting and sourcing on a wide variety of positions covering both IT and professional services. In her sourcing management role, she assisted her team with mentorship and best practices coaching. With her new position as an Associate Director of Sourcing, Davina will play a crucial role to work with the VPs on strategizing and implementing processes to further strengthen UNICON’s overall sourcing capabilities. Davina is committed to UNICON’s mission and values along with supporting their clients’ needs. She has received many performance based recognitions including 3 consecutive years as a Top Gross Selling Recruiter (2014, 2015, and 2016). Prior to joining UNICON, Davina worked as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Cardinal Health.
