Shilo Gall

Shilo Gall is an experienced professional in recruitment and training, currently serving as Sourcing Manager & IT Resource Lead at UNICON International since October 2021, focusing on high-quality IT recruitment. Previously, Shilo held the position of Sourcing Manager & IT Recruiting Lead at National Enterprise Systems, Inc., from November 2020 to October 2021. Shilo also has extensive experience in training and compliance roles as Manager of QA, Compliance, & Training, and Training Manager at VSAW Self Defense from March 2014 to October 2021. Additionally, Shilo was the Owner at VSAW Self Defense and held a significant role as Recruiter Training Manager at Reliant Capital Solutions from March 2016 to November 2020, where responsibilities included recruiting for a contract with the Department of Education. Furthermore, Shilo is one of two Victim's Advocates in Ohio for the Ohio Alliance to End Sexual Violence.
